Practice schedule for next week August 4th- August 8th will be @         4:00 pm - 5:30 pm for all groups except for Developmental. Developmental will have regular practice. On  Thursday August 14th practice will be from 6:30pm - 7:30pm for the Developmental group. There won't be Practice on Monday August 11th.  organigramm beispiele

Congratulations to the LIAC senior Team for winning their 3rd straight Speedo Sectional Short Course Championships. LIAC topped 84 teams from all areas in Northeast United States. The Speedo Champion Series were held March 14-16 at the Nassau County Aquatic Center.
